Feature Requests

Pretty straightforward. Just give us signature lines where we can edit code block or copy and paste from browser like you can with Gmail. I love emailing from records, would be nice if that and my actual gmail looked uniform!

This one is pretty self-explanatory. We have a lot of email templates. Being able to organize them into folders and subfolders would save a tremendous amount of time.

When an email is sent having that be a trigger for an automation to begin in SmartSuite

Show error/send alert when emails did not successfully send (typically due to maximum size attachment reached).

Allow starting the email (type in Sue) and it predicts ( sue@company.com ) via contact list already made and attached to the record.

I want to set up my own email accounts (preferably multiple ones) using SMTP. This way, I can easily configure auto-replies for forms. It will allow me to do a lot of nice things with the forms efficiently.

It would be very helpful to see the email recipients directly in the display without having to click the reply button. This would streamline the process and make it more efficient to quickly identify who the email was sent to.

I would like the ability to link a specific email address so that when customers send their requests to this email, it automatically creates a ticket directly in SmartSuite. This would streamline our support process and ensure no customer requests are missed.

I am trying to get better at using the communications center, but I don't see how to resolve an email item. It would be helpful to have a feature that allows resolving email items, similar to the checkbox shown in the help section video.

We use image signatures with our company branding in our emails. It would be very helpful if we could insert these image signatures directly into the email body or template within the Communication Center.
