Link Records to Multiple Apps

Currently, Linked Record fields can link to one App anywhere.
It'd be great for Linked
Records to be able to be a multi-select Apps so you can choose to connect a Record to Records on any of multiple different Apps
Use Cases:
- Link EOS Rocks to Tasks across multiple departments
- Link the SOP Record Database to any other Record inside the SmartSuite Workspace
- Any other situation where you have information that's useful to link company-wide vs. just Solution-wide.

I think this might help me as well. Probably going to book some time with SS team because I have camera operators I hire out to my venue clients for productions services. I deal with service orders from the clients that book with me that I would like their booking form data to translate to the job bookings I make with freelancers as well as a set of Admin tasks for me to accomplish with gear rental. THEN if its possible to link a completed job status from the service/work order to trigger some kind of Auto reminder to my poorly behaving client who seem to never pay on time. I want to integrate a daily email/sms/call reminder or something to get their AP inline for timely NET15. I don't know maybe you can do most of that with the tools already but I already see my needing a App for the client side and bookings/service orders - then and app to book and lock in freelancers with job details - then just an all around task admin app at least. Look to replicate a "Jobber" software vibe but one that doesnt suck. Using wordpress, gravity forms, some silly portal software called Copilot.... my life is a mess right now.

Another use case: we have vendors and traders,. Traders both buy from and sell to us. Instead of having to include two linked-record fields for POs, (same for customers and SOs) having a linked-record field that would allow the user to select records from either of the vendors app or the traders app would be much more user-friendly.

Podio is maybe a good example of how this can work.

I think this is exactly what I need. I created a master Project App and wanted to have 1 linked record to different tasks at different departments. Later on I'd like to create a master calendar view from different departments as well if possible.

Filik Zhong: Filik how have you managed this thus far? I came from Notion, so I ended up building one master Project App and one master Task App (out of habit, really).
