Currently, Linked Record fields can link to one Table anywhere. It'd be great for Linked Records to be able to be a multi-select Tables so you can choose to connect a Record to Records on any of multiple different Tables Use Cases: Link EOS Rocks to Tasks across multiple departments Link the SOP Record Database to any other Record inside the SmartSuite Workspace Any other situation where you have information that's useful to link company-wide vs. just Solution-wide.
