I guess if you really want to get more European customers in the future, you should have the hosting in Europe option not only in the more expensive price tier. Just my 2 Cents. 35 dollars for simple inventory, address data and so forth is too much.

The addition of a free tier will allow small teams to take advantage of the features of SmartSuite, creating work processes that can grow with their organizations and eventually transition to paid accounts.

Admin users are now able to view a chart of total active users by month to better understand how their accounts are growing. The chart displays the total users for each of the prior 12 months, displaying the current month as the last (rightmost) value.

SmartSuite Plans & Billing has been streamlined with this feature which automatically adjusts user licenses when an administrator adds users that exceed the current licensed quantity. Similarly, licensed user quantity is now adjusted automatically at the beginning of the next billing interval to reflect the then-current number of active users.
