One approach to consider is that SmartSuite is an "employee" for your company.
You are "hiring" SmartSuite to perform specific tasks for you, instead of hiring an outside employee, especially with the ability to automate an unlimited number of functions.
Paying the full price of $28/mo or $336/yr per user for your workspace is a steal compared to hiring another person to perform the same functions, at a much higher cost.
Add in that they actually review feature suggestions from the community, therefore almost building a custom platform for all the subscribers, you couldn't buy this kind of platform or service for anywhere near what they are charging.
In addition, there are other platforms that you may be able to cancel since SmartSuite's functionality can replace platforms, which means that you are saving money each month by using SmartSuite.

Paul Ricci: I agree, but I think T K is suggesting an incentive for people are on the fence to give SmartSuite a competitive advantage in crowded space. There is a lot of risk for companies (of all sizes) to invest into building the system, no Project Management SaaS is plug and play, even with good templates. This would also allow customers/companies to join on a higher plan with most functionality. Once you win someone over to just start building their system with you, the client is 90% won. 🤷🏽♂️
