Ability to add checklist and subitems fields in an email template

When creating an email template, I would like to have the option to pull all field types into the email, such as checklists, subitems etc.

When adding field info to an email through field triggers we should not be limited to only add simple style fields.

This would be a game changer for me. I am an educator and I use the checklist items in a clinical placement record to track completion of passing requirements and assignments. I love using the email templates to send students reminders about things they are missing. This already saves me a ton of time in my workflow, BUT, if I could send a copy of their checklist as, say, a table, in the email, this would save me the step of manually typing the items they need in the email body.
