OR be able to bulk download. I created a form for clients to send us images and when it's time to send the images to our graphics team there's no way other than individually clicking each image and downloading for them to get it.

Great to hear your perspective, Jordan Erdie! I have a few more questions for you:

Could you please specify the formats of the images you would like to import and export?
How often do you need to bulk download images?
What is the average number of images you handle per bulk download?

Thank Jon,
1- Whatever format they're inputted as works great, generally .jpeg or .png
2- Our workload is particularly heavy 3 months a year July-Sept where we need it maybe 5 times total, if that was hard to do just being able to bulk download once would be a huge help. If I could bulk import photos I would be using it every 2 weeks Dec-Sept.
3- For this season I'm looking at 80 clients who have submitted 5 photos each so 400 total photos.
I'd like to add that for some reason shared view doesn't show images and that's also been a bit of a hurdle.

Jordan, I had submitted a help ticket a couple days ago about the images in shared view and it's all fixed now! A workaround for now for bulk download could be creating an automation to do it. For example, at a certain time or when a certain field is updated (like a yes/no turned to "on"), Google drive > upload a file or send an e-mail with the files as attachments.
