Ability to Link Records in SmartDocs from Other Solutions

Right now, it appears as though I can only link to records in a SmartDoc that come from the same solution in which the SmartDoc lives. I'd love to be able to tag records that live in other solutions as well.
This is particularly problematic if, like me, you have a "Notes & Resources" solution and a "Projects & Tasks" solution and you aren't able to include tasks/projects on meeting agendas.

Typing # in a SmartDoc brings up a list of records, but the list is limited to records in the current table.
Suggestion/request is to expand the reach of this feature to any record in any solution. Perhaps include a list of solutions in the original list, then if the user types a "." show a list of tables in that solution, user enters another ".", and then they get to select from a list of records in that table.

My use case for this is to be able to use SmartSuite to store company procedures and to be able reference Job Positions and Company departments that are defined as part of another table or solution. The main advantage of doing this would be to have the references automatically update when a Job Position or Department name changes.

Agree - this would be a big help in creating document storage and connection solutions without needing everything to be in the same solution table.

Is this for when you #RecordName within a SmartDoc? Fully agree.
