Ability to use an email template as a reply in the communication center

When I send out a template email, I want to then send a follow up if I haven't had a response but I would like to use a template for the follow up email. When I click reply, then select the template it glitches and starts a new thread rather than replying to the original email. It's valuable to reply using a template in the coms center rather than through Gmail.

Of course!
- So it’s not a ‘glitch’ as such but it automatically reverts back to a new email thread when I select “Reply”, then select a template. Therefore I cannot send the template as a reply.
- This is really common within my business and something we liked about our set up on Monday.com. We use templates for the follow up so we can quickly chase companies who haven’t responded to our request but it also helps me as a Co-Founder standardise the comms that go out to clients from my team.
- We have specific templates depending on what part of the process the follow up is relating to.
