Add 'Count' function to Charts

We have a sign in sheet we created in SmartSuite and I'd like to create a simple chart showing the distribution of visitors by time of day. I have a column called "Hour" already created. Unfortunately, I can't do anything beyond Sum, Min, and Max in a chart currently.

In a chart widget, the Chart Total field has options for Sum, Min, Max, & Avg. There is no Count option.

I created simple bart chart that shows the # of projects by status and I want to show the total # of projects at the top of the chart. I'm really floored I can't do that right now in SmartSuite.

Can you provide more details on how you envision the 'Count' option functioning within the Chart Total field?
Are there any specific types of charts where you would find this feature particularly useful?
Would you like this feature to be available for all types of data, or only specific types (e.g., numerical data, categorical data)?
