Even just a "custom" setting would be amazing for people to be able to create their own!

Hiya Carla Williams, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- How do you currently differentiate between different records in the Slot Schedule?
- Would renaming the records to 'Time Slot' affect any existing processes or integrations?
- Are there any specific attributes or details that should be associated with each 'Time Slot'?

How do you currently differentiate between different records in the Slot Schedule? We currently number the time slots because depending on the development, we plan 4-8 house starts per development each month.... so it would be (Development ID, Start #, Start Month). It's been a little difficult also because we don't have specific days we want to start a house, just that we want 6 in June of 2025 at Anchor Point- and in the date range field we have to choose a particular day. AP- Start #1- June, 2025; AP- Start #2- June, 2025. Does that make sense or help?
Would renaming the records to 'Time Slot' affect any existing processes or integrations? No, we are rebuilding this from scratch and will need to rebuild them all anyway
Are there any specific attributes or details that should be associated with each 'Time Slot'? Ideally, the start month and end month, the development and maybe the start number- but I'm not yet convinced we need the start number as we can use a count field to make sure we have the correct # of planned starts each month. Once a specific job is linked to the time slot, then the job# may be helpful.
EDIT: Actually, at the rate we are building now, we should be managing our slots/ even-flow weekly vs monthly.... so it may make sense for the slots to correspond with a week # of the year and know the specific dates of the week number.
EDIT 2: I think I need to set up a data table for years, a data table for months, and a data table for weeks.... rather than just "time slots".... In that case, it would be helpful to have the records be able to be named "week", "month" or "year". I've had a terrible time figuring out how to do weekly, monthly and annual reporting, and this should help with that as well.
EDIT 3: I promise I am not a lunatic. Thank you for asking questions and making me think through things. Setting up the solution with years, months and weeks tables is turning out to be a game-changer and finally allowing me to get reporting that I have been beating my head against the wall trying to figure out for over a year. :)
