SmartSuite AI connections to Azure OpenAI can now run through a corporate API gateway such as Azure API Management. Admins can add custom request headers to an AI connection, for example a gateway subscription key (Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key) or cost-allocation and approval-routing headers, and point the connection at a gateway endpoint. Organizations that only expose LLMs behind a gateway can now use AI Field Agents and the AI Workflow Agent automation action.
