When using the 70/30 layout, the UI designer puts the fields the user should see first in the 70 section (because we read left to right here). The mobile app displays the 30 section on top rather than the 70 section, so fields that make no sense to come first are now first. We need the ability to reorder these sections so they make logical flow sense on mobile.
