We should be able to have more customizability in how date fields are compared to conditions. Right now, it is a very limited list of date actions that tops out at 1 year (from now or ago) when setting visibilities, filters, and conditional fields in forms. This is a problem when, for example, you want a callout box to appear if the entered date of birth indicates someone is less than 18 years old or more than 100 years old. It's less of a problem in basic record views because you can use a formula and filter by that, but it is a particular challenge in external facing forms. Right now, we set an exact date for filtering those less than 18 years old, but we will have to update that constantly. It would be far more convenient to be able to tell it to show the callout when the date entered is <18 years before today.
