Auto-generate Documents And Send With Automation

If a document is created in document designer for a table, I would like the ability to generate that document for a record and send it in an email, for example.

Being able to design documents is great, but only being able to manually generate those documents limits the scalability of the feature.

We're planning to allow you to include Document Designer-generated PDFs in your automation created emails.

Peter Novosel how about automating it to populate a new attachment in a selected attachments field in the record itself?

Also, it would be great to store the generated document in a file field.

I agree this would be nice. Upvoted.

But I wouldn't say that the current behavior simply limits the scalability of this feature. It actually makes the feature less useful even at the very smallest-scale use (like me sending out my invoices).
