Auto-generate Documents And Send With Automation

If a document is created in document designer for a table, I would like the ability to generate that document for a record and send it in an email, for example.
Being able to design documents is great, but only being able to manually generate those documents limits the scalability of the feature.

Generate "Document Desinger" template through automations and attach to record.

The Document Designer is beyond when combined with Softr as a Contraqct Designer platform, where a filled form with signature can generate a document through the Document Designer. But it lacks the flow of automation, where a customer, when signed, would recieve a mail with the signed document copy thorugh automation. That would mean that the Page Designer tempalte chosen, should be able to be generated thorugh automations and then added to an attachment field, which then could be used to send the contract as an attachement in mails to the customer.
So far i have only been able to find the "Button Guide" for the Page Designer, but it still involves manual work.

We're planning to allow you to include Document Designer-generated PDFs in your automation created emails.

Peter Novosel how about automating it to populate a new attachment in a selected attachments field in the record itself?

Peter Novosel that's awesome. If you guys do this, I will start paying instantly and become a more involved user. I've wanted this feature in other apps but they don't listen to their customers like you do.

+1. But I'd like to be able to do this for multiple records. My use case: Sending invoices.

Also, it would be great to store the generated document in a file field.

I agree this would be nice. Upvoted.
But I wouldn't say that the current behavior simply limits the scalability of this feature. It actually makes the feature less useful even at the very smallest-scale use (like me sending out my invoices).
