I often work with multiple browser tabs open and may not always have the SmartSuite tab in view. It would be beneficial to have a notification indicator on the browser tab itself, similar to how Slack displays a red icon for new messages. Additionally, having sound alerts for new notifications would ensure I don't miss important updates while multitasking.
