I am trying to automate processes using two single select fields, Severity and Previous Severity. However, the current system only allows using the latest value in the trigger, making it difficult to capture previous values. This limitation is particularly challenging when using text fields, as the current workaround requires creating an automation per value, which is cumbersome. It would be beneficial to have conditional logic in automations, allowing for more streamlined and efficient processes by enabling 'if-then-else' paths.
