It would be extremely valuable to have the ability to control user visibility at the tab level within records. Right now, permissions can be set for individual fields, but not for specific tabs.

Being able to show or hide tabs for different users/roles would:

• Simplify the user experience by only showing relevant information

• Protect sensitive data while still allowing collaboration in the same record

• Reduce clutter and confusion for team members who don’t need access to all tabs

This feature would make record layouts far more powerful, flexible, and secure.
