I need a way to manage HR sensitive matters like employee records and performance reviews without giving full admin access to another user who manages development. It would be beneficial to have custom member roles that offer more permissions than a Solution Creator but less than an Admin. This would allow me to keep everything in SmartSuite while maintaining security and proper access control.
