I would like to be able to have general access users who can have some solution manager permissions, but not all. i.e. be able to deal with any dashboards, change any view even if locked, change permissions (field/table), but not create new fields. Obviously if this could be done where it is a selector of the different permissions this would be able to work for whatever anyone requires, and different users could have different 'solution manager' permissions within the same solution.
