Customize member invitation requests

After setting up a series of meeting minutes with links to Action Items for Committee Members, I need to invite them to sign into SS for the first time. (Some will be guests, others will have general access).
They need to understand what I am doing, and what they can expect.
Unfortunately, I cannot customize the email they will receive!
We need the ability to control what these emails say when they receive from SmartSuite. These emails should not be robotic and mindless!
Also, I have attempted to upload a screenshot jpg multiple times here and it won't do it. ARRG!

- Could you provide more details on the specific content you would like to include in the customized invitation emails?
- What is the level of customization you are expecting for these emails? For example, are you looking to change just the text, or also the layout and design?
- Could you clarify the issues you are facing while uploading a screenshot? Are there any error messages you could share?

In the email invitation, want to
- Refer to things they remember when we discussed this in the past.
- Point out what they need to do, such as specific instructions, places to click, why they are clicking there, etc.
- Set their expectations for what will happen (and therefore why they would want to do this.
All I need to do is be able to enter and edit text, from the salutation to the signature (or some means of indicating how to reach out to me). It would be great if the entire appearance of the email is shown, but it wouldn’t be necessary to modify the appearance, I don’t think.
As far as uploading the screenshot, no error, no nothing, it just sits there. I refreshed the page, closed it and opened a new tab to navigate to it, but got Nothing. Frustrating.
