When using date fields in forms (all kinds) we need the calendar months to be displayed in numbers instead of names - words (e.g. 06 instead of June) to make it international.

At the moment I can not use it properly for CZ or other markets - there is a locale of date and time in workspace set to CZ yet it displays English names of months in form or record creation.
