  1. Need access to change Departments to fit my nonprofit. The current labels doesn't fit. Outreach, Helpline Support, etc.)
  2. Need to be able to change out staff, volunteers as an admin. Made a mistake and can't change it.
  3. Need to remove general ones that do not fit our brand/model. (Product)? Education or nonprofits, need different terms.
  4. Remove "Other" and have admins able to add as needed. i.e., Nonprofit)
