I have a dashboard shared with guests, and I noticed that the comments/communications center column is not visible in the shared dashboard, either in the Grid View or when opening a record. It would be beneficial to have the option to display the communication center in shared dashboards, allowing guests to view and interact with comments without needing to log in.
