Some Feature that I would love to see for the document designer Setting:

The ability to be able to choose what grid size appears on your page (ex 5px x 5px)
The ability to be able to choose if elements/fields snap to the grid
The ability to change the grid color
The ability to choose if you want the grid printed
The ability to be able to select which unit of measure to use throughout the document (inches, pixels, mm, etc)

Can you provide more context on how these changes would improve your workflow or productivity?
Are there specific tasks or projects where these enhancements would be particularly beneficial?
Do you have any preferences for how these settings should be accessed or saved within the document designer?

Context: It would greatly improve my workflow because it would allow me to accurately

determine what spacing I want to use while placing the elements on the canvas. Having the option to snap or not snap give me the freedom to place the items where I want them to go, instead of being confined to the default snap grid provided, which is not consistent.
Changing the color of the grid would be helpful from an accessibility perspective, especially if you have a hard time seeing the light gray dots.
Printing is a nice to have...Not really necessary for workflow.
Being able to choose what unit of measure is useful especially if you are used to designing or setting sizing element based inch/cm/mm vs pixel. Unless you are a graphic designer setting the dimension for an element in pixel is a effort in frustration when you just need the rectangle to be 1.5 inches haha

Right now I'm trying to design a meeting notes template that has driven me crazy because I legit can't get lines/boarder of elements to line up consistently. Even when you put in the same width elements you're presented with unexpected results because the snap is so wonky the one boarder won't line up with another so it makes the layout look pretty "unprofessional" (see attachment 1 ).
It would be great to Set the default setting maybe in the workspace Preferences. However for each document you create I would like the ability to see and set the the preference for that specific document in the Setting > Design Settings area (see attachment 2)
