I would like to suggest a feature whereby the user is able to download multiple files from multiple fields all at once. Currently, we have the option to download all the files which are attached to a single file field. However, it is not possible to download multiple files from different file fields and multiple records at once.
There are a few ways this could be implemented:
- Select Multiple Records and export files as zipped folders:
After selecting multiple records, the user is presented with the bottom menu whereby they can export all the files as zips based on the records, which will further contain sub-folders based on field names.
- Automate via Button:
The user can create a button which will trigger an automation that allows the user to download multiple files from multiple fields based on a preset of fields selected while setting up the automation.
This would really help save time and be consistent when working with files.

Yes, it would be nice to have this automated by having a download button at the end of each record. Once clicked the files from all the selected attachment field can then be downloaded as a zip file containing all the attachments.

Yes this would be great for project handover to client as we need to provide a data pack of all finalised files which we have stored in a table
