When I drag a file to the file upload tool it does not update the first time. It sort of wakes it up and then I can attempt to drag it again.

Relatedly when I upload an image and click up the local file search and select an image it then just uploads a thumnail which i have to then physically click upload. I don't understand why it wouldn't just upload the first time when i select the image or at least make it where the return/enter key would execute the upload.
