Dynamic Field Permissions based on Field Values

Currently, you can set Field permissions based on fixed values like Team, User, etc. Setting these up can be time consuming and enforce consistent permissions App-wide.
It would be helpful for a dynamic option so that the permissions are set by the value in any other Assigned To (People) Field available. This would allow us to manage sharing more visually and with fewer clicks. This would also double as a workaround for Record-Level permissions while keeping the Title of the Record visible to everyone.
Example logic:
- Make this Field Editable by whoever is in the Assigned To Field and visible to Everyone.
- Make this Field visible and Editable by the people in the "Editor" person Field.
Use Case:
- CRM entries you only want edited by the Account Manager.
- Agendas that you only want altered by the Host of the Meeting.
- Time off approvals that should only be editable by the relevant manager and viewable by the submitted.
- HR file records that should only be visible to the relevant manager for that person.
- Any other workflow where you want access to vary from record to record.

Anthoer senario that I have is, I use Assignee permission to give someone to view only the things they are assigned to,
And I need them to edit only 3 fields out of the 50 fields, today I have to go to 47 fields and restrict them :(

Gady Margalit Also missing it! I would like to set : "Who can View this Field?" - Only assigned member
or
"Who can Edit this Field?" - Only by Record-Owner
