I don't know if this is already possible or not, it seems very basic. But I was not able to do it...
To be able to create an automation which sends an email to the table contacts, right now it is making me input the emails manually. So I would have to create 50 automations to send an email to 50 different contacts.
It allows me, when writing the email, to bring in variables from the fields, but not when choosing who to send the email to. The only way is to choose specific emails, team members or entire teams. But everyone will always get them.
My intention is to create an automation to send emails to new possible suppliers, telling them about our needs and asking them to send us the forms to open a new wholesale account with them. I would very rarely, if ever, need to send the same email twice.
My plan was to create a button field, which when I click it it automatically sends this email to the new possible supplier.
I assumed this was possible since it already is while typing the actual message and the title. Am I missing something? Or is it really not possible?
