Email templates for CRM contacts are very useful and can even be automatized. However, email templates are not available across solutions and to manage and edit email templates we need to do multiple steps like go to conversations, emails, then select templates, and only then we can modify them. It would be useful to have a shortcut somewhere and also to use the emails accross solutions. In general, integration between solutions is not well managed for now.
