"Empty" Swimlanes in Kanban

Avoid Displaying the Swim-lanes when it has 0 records. 
For example, we have 67 Assignees and only 2 have tasks. 
We need to scroll for 65 swim-lanes
to reach and find the records we need.

I agree as well with Vasken Bakalian . Two ideas: 1) could you add a check box in the settings to "Do not display empty columns" OR 2) Could you make filters work in Kanban where field "is empty"?
