We use SmartSuite to manage a membership database for a charity. Volunteers access the data through a shared Grid View link and do not have individual logins.
Currently, shared views allow filtering and opening records, but there is no option to download or print the displayed data. This creates a workflow gap for reporting and record‑keeping and the ability for those not online to access the data.
Requested feature:
  • Allow CSV and PDF export from shared Grid Views
  • Export should include the currently filtered records in the view
  • Include key fields such as Member ID, Title, First Name, Last Name, DOB, Age, Sex, Address, Mobile, Home Phone, Email, Group, and Disability status
This would allow volunteers to generate reports and maintain records without requiring individual workspace access
