Requested enhancement:

Provide clear error reporting and diagnostic logging when a Solution build fails, specifically when the “Include fields with missing references” option is enabled. At a minimum, the system should surface actionable error messages indicating which fields or references caused the failure and why.

Value:

This would significantly reduce friction in solution promotion workflows, improve developer and solution-builder productivity, and prevent silent build failures that block QA and release processes.
