We need a quick way for users to expose all comments and replies for review, and to collapse them if needed. This feature could be implemented in the communication center header next to "All", "Comments", and "Emails".

We would like the ability to expand all comments and replies with a single click, rather than having to manually click each reply to understand the full context of the discussion in the communication center. Our account managers are spending time opening each job comment and may not open all replies, potentially missing timely notifications. Our production team has requested exports of comments from the communication center to PDF so they can easily review all comments and replies at once, which is not a solution to the time cost of opening all replies. We need an easy way to expand all replies so our teams can streamline their workflows and make information more accessible.
