Expand Filters for First Created Date Field

Please add two more filters to the filter choices for the First Created Date Field.
Current Year -> which would give all current year records
Last Year -> which would give all last year records

Yes, current month, Current year, Last Year - the most used ones in any report

YES! But for ALL date fields, not just the first created date field. There is no way to group by weeks or months or years, and I desperately need this feature. For now I am using date range fields that are one full month or one full week- but it looks confusing to the user and is a tedious work-around! Great suggestion!

Are there any specific use cases or scenarios where these new filters would be particularly beneficial?
Would you like the filters to be automatically updated each year, or should they be manually set?
Is there any additional functionality you would like to see with these filters, such as combining them with other filter options?
