This would be a huge addition to many of our workflows!!

Version control would be really awesome. I am considering using SmartSuite to manage projects with clients. We work with a variety of documents and they evolve as the project progresses. This feature would make SmartSuite "sticky" as it would become the true system of record for documents with versioning (that includes who made the last update with time and date stamp available). Of course with versioning, you need to provide ability to select a version to "recover" as that is sometimes needed and recovery should not overwrite the latest version but should be a recovered version with notation provided, perhaps in the filename itself.
