I would like to have the ability to do this in only 1 automation:
Find Records and Send Email to records returned
All in the same automation.
Currently there’s a need to set-up multiple automations but overall related to the same action.
The limit of 50 automation max per solution concerns me in our worflow

Thank you for posting, Alex Stoica! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific criteria do you use to find records that need to be emailed?
- How frequently do you need to run this automation in your workflow?
- Are there any specific email templates or content requirements for the emails sent to the records?

Jon Darbyshire 1. Every hour Find 2 records where status changed to X (in a list of possibly 10 who all meet this condition) and send emails to just 2 of these returned records
- Every Hour optimally
- Send Gmail/Outlook template - the usual functionality in SS.
My aim is to delay every sent email in this scenario with the At scheduled time trigger. And not simply send 100 emails at once
Our problem is the need to set-up so much different automations to acheive result.
I would not have this problem if either:
- increase the 50 automations limit per Solution
- let us do way more things in just 1 automations (with conditions, loops etc.)
