It would be nice to have a full template center where anything can be added as a template:
Sultions
Apps
Records 
User roles
Sub items
checklists 
comments 
Documents 
field types 
etc. 
Should be able to use templates manually or via automation.

I've been Rrvisiting Clickup, and their templating is probably the most impressive feature. If SmartSuite had this... gamechanger.

I really like this idea. Each item you mentioned can have a template option built out and then eventually included in an overall template center.

Just to further build on the idea, it would be great if SmartSuite would say where a item is being used. At least for field types as that one makes the most sense and can be generalized to use across many apps/solutions. ClickUp does a good job of this with how it shows where custom fields are being used.

This would be an incredible feature. Having the ability to create, store, edit, and apply templates to the all types of fields would add so much power to the platform.
