Group by Date by Month

I want to be able to group by a date field but choose if I want it grouped by day, month, week, or quarter.

Worded another way, instead of only having the option of grouping by the exact same date, I want to be able to choose a date range to group by.

This should be relatively easy for us since we're already doing the same thing for the Address Field where you can group by street, country, etc. and we're basically going to follow the same approach here as well.
I've created a quick mockup to illustrate it.

Chaya Gutnick: sure thing. Just selecting the parent element will group by due date the way it does now.

Yes, I would love that too. Right now, I am doing it by bulk editing using the date range to get the month and quarter result.
