Grouped Spotlighted Field should spotlight the Group Heading

When a field is "spotlighted" - and that field is "grouped" - then the "group" heading should also be spotlighted. And the same goes for any "sub-groups" that are "spotlighted"

Can you provide an example of a situation where the current spotlighting of grouped fields has caused confusion or inefficiency?
Are there specific groups or sub-groups where this feature is particularly needed?
Would you like the spotlighting to be a permanent feature or should it be optional for each group and sub-group?
