Hey Team,
Our clients who we invite to collaborate in our Workspace (as Guests) are receiving automated email marketing and newsletter from SmartSuite. I don't believe that this should happen for many reasons:
  1. They are not "customers" or direct users of "SmartSuite" (the company) so in that sense this kind of communication is perceived as "strange" and "annoying".
  2. This hurts our experience as Service Provider since they see this as "our fault".
