Guests with "full access" per paid member

The one thing that is making me stay with Clickup instead of moving to Smart Suite is that only members can create and edit records.
I sometimes work with freelancers inside specific projects, and paying for their seat is not a possibility.
It would be very helpful if we had a limited amount of free "full access" guests per paid member like in Clickup or Monday.

We are a small struggling 501-c3 arts center. We have no paid employees. Everything is done by our board members and by volunteers. Our year-to-date 2024 accumulated volunteer hours has just past 3000 volunteer hours. Considering we only have 18,000 people who live in the entire county this is heroic! This effort represents the unpaid work of about 65 individuals of whom 6-8 really need user access to SmartSuite beyond the guest user role. We currently pay for 3 seats and there no way at this time we can currently afford to pay more, even at the reduced non-profit rate. I do not know what the answer is, but it would really be helpful if we could get additional non-profit full user cost down by half of the current rate. and have a lower rate for intermittent users. Maybe there could be a cost scale or limit based on hours/day, week, or month for intermittent users?
My proposal would be:
1) Full Non-Profit Rate for the first 3 users
2) Half Non-Profit Rate for all other users
3) Quarter Non-Profit Rate for Intermittent users
(intermittent users are toggled to Guest status at 10hrs/week or maybe their charge increases)
Another thought might be that users are unlimited and we pay for the accumulated user time per hour while logged in and active.

Wondering if this feature will be available in the future at all?

Absolute agree with this. This is so important (to allow SmartSuite guest to do more functions).
Currently SmartSuite only allows guests to Comment and change Status, this doesn't make it very useful for inviting Guest, and Guest is a critical function for a Work Management platform like SmartSuite (for collaborations)
A Guest may at least be able to Create Record, Edit and Update the content.
Use cases: Data Entry Assistant, Freelancers, 3rd-party partners, Customer and Partner self-services, etc.
Using a Form to create records won't cut it because after a Guest submit a form, if they find a typo they cannot even change it themselves and have to ask the App owner to change it via Comment. So troublesome.
On Monday, a Guest can add records, edit records and actually do anything except creating a board and change board structure for example. The Guest limitation is a major disadvantage of SmartSuite vs. Monday.com so far. I can imagine many users may give up SmartSuite for Monday because of this Guest limitation. Really hope SmartSuite can address this as in other areas SmartSuite is pretty good.

This is critical. It makes no financial sense from a business standpoint to pay a recurring monthly fee for individuals who only update fields occasionally. Perhaps one method would be to give write access to records where only a user is assigned. This means allowing registration of users not attached to a paid license. Either that or have an add-on user tier for limited record updates.

Hello I absolutely agree on this. This is forcing us to keep ourselves and some clients on Clickup.

I agree. A little more access for clients and limited subcontractors is still needed.
