Sometimes we add images and documents to a field, meaning multiple. It would be great to be able to add a brief caption for context.

Even better if it could be longer in case for example, I am adding AI images in a field for a product. I would love to be able to within the image space, add the prompted I used to obtain that image.

It could be a popup on the right side. Something to click and have pop up in case there is a caption, or comments about the specific image. Kinda like Google Docs does.
