I think it would be valuable to grant to control which users can import data (e.g., XLS/CSV) at the solution level or table level.

Currently, we have users that need to be able to create and edit every record in a solution. But the problem is that with Full Access they may be able to import data, which poses a security and data integrity risk. Without restrictions, an accidental or unauthorized import could overwrite or delete valuable records.
