G

- Ability to export data to client templates and reports suitable for regulators, boards, or auditors
- *Export document types: Word, PDF, and Google Docs (has to include Word and PDF for sure)
- Support for section headers, tables, charts, and rich text formatting
- Insert organization-specific elements like logos, legal disclaimers, versioning info
- Auto-populate report sections with field data in SmartSuite
- Support conditional logic (e.g. “Only include issues marked high severity”) ✨
- Ability to export one-to-many data (e.g. all risks for a business unit, or all CRI diagnostics) ✨
- Group records by key fields (e.g. framework, control type, risk level) ✨
- Avoid raw data dumps—structure data with:
Page breaks
Table of contents
Appendices for linked data
- Include views: charts, metrics, heatmaps, and graphs
- Option to embed screenshots or thumbnails of attached evidence ✨
Security / version
- Tamper-evident (optionally watermarked or stamped)
Metadata-controlled (date, author, version)
- Encrypted or digitally signed, if needed
- Users can trigger exports manually or via automation (e.g. after a control assessment is complete)
Option to include comments and change log
Admin-level ability to configure:
- Export layout (portrait/landscape)
- Included fields and views
- Template mapping (e.g. SmartSuite record field → Word doc section)
- Multiple templates can be created for each solution. Not limited to 1 or just 1 for each table.
- Support off-the-shelf templates to be included with our solutions (i.e. they get it will the solution package)
- *Functionality cannot be achieved through third party.
- Most client will not want to have to go through procurement with an additional tool. Also a security concern for some clients.
