Inline Editing for Summary Card Widgets

The summary card widgets are a great component of dashboards. Being able to click and open a grid view to show the summary is awesome.

However it seems weird to not be able to inline edit within this view. Even just being able to change the Status of a record would be all I would want!

What specific fields or information would you like to be able to edit inline within the summary card widgets?
How frequently do you anticipate needing to change the Status of a record directly from the summary card view?
Are there any other actions or edits you would find useful to perform directly within the summary card widgets?

Statuses, Checklists, and Linked Records.
Multiples times per day. We have a dashboard that displays the day’s tasks, along with summary cards that show “Tasks due today, tomorrow, this week, and completed.” While we can use a Grid View below the summary cards, it feels more natural to click into the summary cards and have a closer look at only the tasks due today. I really like that this is a way to keep the data simpler to look at.
Maybe not so much different actions, but it would be cool if there were other views available as well inside Summary Cards (like Kanban)
