I know you have Zapier (fairly expensive) and are on the verge of having Make.com (formally Integromat), but can you also consider a third platform?
Integrately seems very pro-active and very reasonably priced. They have over 1000 Apps already in their system. Maybe SmartSuite could be a good addition to this platform?

Agree on this - the Integrately team is SUPER responsive so they'll do all the work of integrating if the API is open. I can connect you with the founder - it's the one reason we're still with Airtable
