I would like to request for integration with Microsoft Office Suite as most customers prefer to have the generated documents from SmartSuite in the form of a Word that can later be edited or converted to a PDF. Since Microsoft supports mail merge and most organizations already have office, they wouldn't need to invest in licensing for docs Automator.
