LIMIT SHARING OF FORMS WITHIN THE ORGANISATION

Thank you for posting, Taik c! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you please clarify the specific roles or users within the organization that should have restricted access to form sharing?
- Are there any specific types of forms that you would like to limit sharing for, or should this apply to all forms?
- Could you provide more details on the level of restriction you would like to see? For example, should users be completely unable to share forms, or should they just need approval first?

Jon DarbyshireThank you Jon for your quick reply. We want to build a few forms which can be filled only by the people within the organisation .
We dont want certain forms to be viewed by anyone outside the organization even if they have the link.
This feature is available in Airtable. I have shared the picture in the previous comment.

Taik c Thanks for the additional information. I will see if I can fast track the ability to enter a domain within the Share Form settings that would limit this. Note that this would then require the user to use their existing email and authentication method to verify the domain. --- Meaning all users would need to have an account (free or paid) with SmartSuite. Can you please confirm that this would work for your use case. Thanks
