The Record Selector, the dropdown or modal used to pick from existing records when linking, now supports Solution-Manager-configured Grouping alongside the existing Fields, Sort and Filter controls. Solution admins define which field records get grouped by, whether groups start collapsed or expanded, and the sort order per group. Regular users see the grouped selector and can search within groups (matching results auto-expand). Service desks grouping tickets by Priority, GRC teams grouping controls by Framework, and PMO leads grouping sprint records by Owner all get a more navigable Record Selector.
